⚠ Please read carefully!

Upon your arrival, as required by Italian law, property owners are obliged to report the names of all residents to the local police headquarters.

✔ All guests must provide a valid official ID (Passport or Identity Card) for everyone staying in the apartment, including children and infants.

✔ Sign a Rental Agreement upon arrival at the apartment.

Apartment Rules:

✦ Please always remember to lock your private parking space with the padlock whenever you leave with your car, to prevent any unauthorized person from occupying it in your absence.

✦ Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas and not inside the apartment.

✦ Always turn off the air conditioners if you plan to leave the apartment, even temporarily, to reduce electricity consumption.

✦ Always make sure to close the external blinds when you are away from the apartment, as sudden strong winds could cause damage. Unfortunately, this has happened several times—even in summer! If this request is ignored and the wind damages the blinds, guests will be responsible for the repair costs.

✦ Guests are kindly asked to follow the recycling rules carefully. Trash should be placed outside daily after 8:00 p.m. at the collection point located to the right when exiting the main electric gate of the residence. The sanitation workers will collect it according to the type of waste and the days indicated on the waste schedule found in the apartment.

✦ Also make sure to check/empty the water container located on the balcony under the air conditioner. If it is full, water could overflow and drip onto the balcony below.

Check-Out Instructions:

= Upon departure, you are kindly requested not to leave any trash bags of any kind inside the apartment (except for those that need to be disposed of on the same day, according to the waste collection schedule provided in the apartment).

= Empty the fridge of any leftovers.

= Turn off the air conditioners and lights.

= Please note that on the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. to allow sufficient time for cleaning before the arrival of the next guests.

TO KNOW:

Cleaning Fee: €30 per stay.

Additional Guests: Each guest beyond the couple pays €15 per night.

Tourist Tax: [Upon arrival, a tourist tax must be paid in cash]. €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 12 are exempt.

Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a security deposit of €150 must be paid in cash. The deposit will be returned by the landlord at the end of the stay, after checking the condition of the property and furnishings and confirming that all contractual obligations have been met. Any costs required to repair damages to the property and/or furnishings will be deducted from the deposit at the time of its return. Guests are responsible for any damages exceeding the deposit amount. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash or, if the property condition could not be verified at check-out, via bank transfer within 7 days of departure.
