⛔Reservations, even if made by phone, are considered confirmed and effective upon receipt of a 20% deposit as a booking guarantee.

The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon your arrival, at the time of key handover.

🔴 Security Deposit: Upon arrival, a Security Deposit of [€150] must be paid in cash. The Security Deposit will be returned by the Landlord at the end of the rental period, after verifying the condition of the property and furnishings and confirming that all contractual obligations have been fulfilled. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property and/or furnishings will be deducted from the Security Deposit at the time of its return; in any case, the Tenant remains responsible for any damages exceeding the amount of the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be refunded in full in cash or [if it was not possible to verify the condition of the accommodation at the time of check-out] by bank transfer [within 7 days after check-out].
