We only accept families and couples. Groups of friends are not permitted.
✅ Maximum number of guests: 4 (INCLUDING ADULTS AND CHILDREN) + 1 infant up to one year - (free of charge)
✅ Prices are per couple. Each additional guest pays € 20 per night
✅ Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 
✅ Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.
✅ Minimum 4 nights [July and August: minimum 7 nights]

Upon arrival, a tourist tax must be paid in cash: €2 per person per night, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years old are exempt.

Our apartment is located in Giardini Naxos, on the second floor of a building with no elevator, in a very central location close to all the main attractions, including restaurants, bars, travel agencies, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and bus and taxi stops. The apartment is ideally situated for those who want to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Giardini Naxos while also exploring the beauty of Sicily. The beach is just a one-minute walk away, where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea or simply relax under the sun. In addition, the center of Giardini Naxos, with its restaurants, shops, and lively nightlife, is only a few minutes' walk away.
